1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We strive to get your products to you in a timely manner. Our standard shipping window is:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days.
- Shipping Cost: Flat rate of $2.99 / Free on orders over $100.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasonal volumes.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we aim to send a confirmation email including your tracking number. Please note that tracking updates are provided via third-party services; in the event of technical downtime or carrier delays, tracking information may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Happy Tea Time is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
